How does NCR work?

Instead of inserting carbon paper between plain sheets of paper, our NCR pads and NCR books are made up of several pieces of special paper. Each sheet is coated with a special dye that reacts with the other sheets when pressure is applied. When you write on the top sheet of the pads, you get an copy of the sheet you are writing on, so you have a copy.

Our NCR Sets, Pads and Books comprise a top sheet which is normally white and one or more coloured sheets. All of our products come with a writing shield as standard and can have extras such as hole punching etc.

We print large quantities of ncr forms on the latest Litho presses, for short runs we use a state of the art digital printer to produce them quickly and with the same high quality. Printing on digital presses enables us to provide a quick turnaround. We print digital forms up to 1000 sets.

All of our products are printed in-house using the latest printing presses ensuring total control at all times. All you have to do is supply us with a brief outline of your layout, we will then produce an initial proof for your approval and if all is ok then we will ask you to confirm that there are no errors.
